Northwestern Mutual – Chicago Expands Frontline Leadership Team

CHICAGO - illiNews -- As Northwestern Mutual – Chicago continues to build new client relationships and grow into new markets; it is adding to its leadership team. Marc Rosenberg, CFP® CLU® Financial Advisor, has been named a Growth & Development Director with the Chicago-based financial planning firm.

"The demand for financial security has never been greater, and our growth is providing us with opportunities to develop the next generation of financial advisors and leaders," said Corey D. McQuade, Managing Partner. "Our goal is to provide advisors like Marc, a wide variety of development opportunities to grow both personally and professionally."

As the first step in a development track, Rosenberg started his leadership role as a Field Director in 2016 where he coached and developed a team of financial representatives.

As a Growth and Development Director, Rosenberg takes on a leadership role attracting, selecting, developing and retaining a team of financial professionals. Through coaching and mentoring, Rosenberg will work with his team members to define a career path best for them.  At the same time, he will continue to build relationships with his clients, helping them realize their most important financial goals.

Since joining the firm in 2010, Rosenberg sets a good example of delivering financial security to clients ranking as a leader on the local, regional and national levels. He has earned the exclusive Master Achievement Award, which recognizes excellence in practice management and client satisfaction. He was one of only 14 Northwestern Mutual industry-leading professionals nationwide to achieve the honor in 2018. He has also earned membership in the company's prestigious Forum Group. Only five percent of more than 6,000 financial advisors receive this recognition for their commitment and drive to help clients plan for and achieve financial security.

A native of Cleveland, Rosenberg, received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University Ohio. He resides in Highland Park, Illinois with his wife and two children.
