This groundbreaking docuseries celebrates the rich legacy and enduring influence of hip-hop culture while delving deeper into the real life, human struggles behind the scenes of these first-generation legends. Through heartfelt storytelling, "You Can't Erase Me" takes viewers on a journey that bridges the past, present, and future of hip-hop.
The docuseries shares the lives of hip-hop legends Sparky D, DJ Yella of N.W.A., Lonzo Williams, BBoy Alien Ness, and female rap group J.J. Fad. The series pays tribute to these trailblazers who shaped the genre while showcasing how hip-hop continues to evolve as a cultural phenomenon.
The series kicks off on Tuesday, December 10th with a look into the life of one of the original female pioneers of hip-hop. Sparky D. Her fearless lyricism helped pave the way for women in hip-hop during its formative years. Sparky D opens up about her struggles and triumphs in an open book setting with viewers getting to know her through a firsthand, honest look at the challenges she faced along her life journey. From complex tragedies to rising back up... to triumph over it all.

Reel Sung Productions is a multimedia production company focused on producing documentaries that cover hip-hop culture. The visionary behind the company is Tony Wesley, known in the hip-hop world as Mr. Wave. Having been featured in films and showcases across the globe, Reel Sung represents the next phase in his own journey. From dancing for kings and queens to corporate life, to now being able to share the stories of his contemporaries and peers, Reel Sung represents a culminating and critical moment for him. As a producer and multi-talent, Tony or rather "Mr. Wave" began his career as a celebrated dancer known originally as Dr. Electric, Wave soon found his electric dance moves taking front and center on the stage of the Kennedy Center Honors, Honoring dance legend Katherine Dunham and legendary showman, Frank Sinatra. As he danced his way to the top, Wave discovered his passion as a producer - leading legends through a retelling of their own lives. Reel Sung Productions is founded on the premise that real truths must be told with dignity and pride. Tony's vision has attracted a top-of-the-line production team including industry veteran and executive producer, Miki Packett, who has shot for "Big Brother", "So You Think You Can Dance", "The Dr. Phil Show", "America's Got Talent", and "Judge Judy" to name a few.
