NASHVILLE, Tenn. & CHICAGO - illiNews -- Jess Elmquist has been named the first Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) for Regent Surgical Health – owner, operator, and strategic partner for physician-hospital ASC joint ventures nationwide. As CINO and EVP of Human Capital, Jess will leverage his experience in human resources and organizational effectiveness to cultivate a high-performance organization and build a culture that will support Regent's ongoing growth.
Jess brings 20 years of experience to Regent. During his tenure with Life Time, a pioneer in the health, wellness, and fitness industry, he advanced in sales and marketing to senior leadership roles in human resources to become the Chief Learning Officer and EVP of Human Resources. He grew the nationwide team to 40,000 employees in 152 locations.
