Sidley offers "one-stop-shop" service that combines the firm's expertise in rail transportation, corridor development, project finance, regulatory and environmental law. The firm leverages its extensive experience to assist high-speed rail clients in finding creative solutions to the unique issues faced by such projects.
Sidley's Terry Hynes has been an advocate for regulatory reforms to promote private investment in the high-speed rail sector. With more than 40 years of rail experience, Terry has advised Texas Central Partners, Brightline Florida, Brightline West (DesertXpress) and Baltimore-Washington Railroad Company in connection with their proposed high-speed passenger lines.
