Continued Rotary Support Helps Enhance Quality of Life for Local Memory Care Residents
SCHAUMBURG, Ill. - illiNews -- LMJ's Lost Souls- Alzheimer's Fund is proud to announce that it has been awarded a $3,000 community grant from the Rotary Club of Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates. The funding will directly support the organization's Community Campaign Program, an initiative dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals living in local memory care communities.
Through the Community Campaign Program, LMJ's Lost Souls partners with senior memory care facilities throughout the community to provide meaningful items, activities, and resources identified by each community as most beneficial to their residents. These enhancements help create more engaging, comforting, and enriching environments for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
"The Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates Rotary Club has become an incredible partner in our mission to support individuals and families impacted by Alzheimer's disease and dementia," said Kari-Ann Ryan, President of the Board of Directors for LMJ's Lost Souls. "Over the past four years, Rotary has invested $13,000 into our Community Campaign Program, directly supporting local senior memory care facilities and the residents they serve.
