To promote the awareness of dementia in thousands of seniors today, Assisting Hands Home Care of Evanston has recently offered a Dementia Stimulation Tour. Owner Bob Cronin and Marketing Director Valentino Matlock also share their stories of becoming professionals in the home care industry.
EVANSTON, Ill. - illiNews -- Since its opening in January 2019, Assisting Hands Home Care of Evanston is involved with educating the community about real life diagnosis that their loved ones may be facing. One of the most popular educational training sessions that Assisting Hands Home Care of Evanston has recently offered was the Dementia Stimulation Tour.
About the Dementia Stimulation Tour
This stimulation training allows you to experience 10 minutes of what it is like to live with Dementia. In the photos, owner Bob Cronin and Marketing Director are featured conducting and experiencing the dementia tour.
Assisting Hands Home Care of Evanston's Services
Assisting Hands Home Care of Evanston provides many services including: in-home care, elderly care, memory care for those with Alzheimer's or dementia, personal care and companionship, respite care, and hospice care services to those that are 18 years and over. Valentino Matlock comes to Assisting Hands with years of experience helping to turn small startups into multi-million-dollar companies and extensive knowledge from his experience of working in administration/marketing at assisted living and SNF facilities.

About the Owner
Robert brings his expertise with corporate healthcare consulting and years of leadership and business development experience. This new Assisting Hands Home Care Illinois location serves the communities of: Evanston, Wilmette, Winnetka, Northfield, Kenilworth, Glencoe, Northbrook, Glenview, Golf, Morton Grove, Skokie, Lincolnwood, Rogers Park and West Ridge. Robert says he decided to go into the home care industry because of seeing how hard it was for his family to take care of a loved one that was sick.
About the Director of Marketing
Valentino received two degrees from Indiana University Northwest's School of Social Work. His years of management and marketing/business development experience brings a great addition to Assisting Hands of Evanston. He states that he has always felt connected to the healthcare industry and finds it rewarding to work with clients and their families in their time of need. He experienced the need for home care services with the difficulties that his own family struggled with as they were taking care of his grandmother, who suffered with cancer and other health issues.
