NEW YORK - illiNews -- New York NY Harry Martin Underwater// Tactical PR: The Piermont Flywheel Gallery announces a new exhibit by acclaimed photographer Harry Martin.
Martin spent years in front of the camera as an Emmy award-winning news anchor before pursuing his passion behind the camera. His work is underwater, where his exquisite photography celebrates the mystery and artistry of the human form.
Harry says, "Throughout my career in news, I was privileged to work with many of the most talented photojournalists in the business; I learned my craft from them."
Harry began his underwater odyssey with solo exhibits at the Piermont Flywheel Gallery in 2015 and is thrilled to be a part of the new exhibit, Stranger than Fiction." It brings together four of the gallery's most popular artists.

"We all have a unique approach that captures our vision of subconscious secrets," says Martin. "Mine surfaces thought the image of light underwater and the dimension it creates. Nothing in my work is photo-shopped. I strive for reality combined with abstract images."
He adds, "I like to push the envelope. I want people to look at my photographs and envision their own scenarios from my work. I hope it's collaborative. That's my goal."
Martin underwater works will be on display from October 14th through October 31st.
He partners with celebrated artists Kate Buggeln, Sally Schandler, and Rachel Unter.
