CHICAGO - illiNews -- The Greater Englewood Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce Englewood Reimagined: Window Wonderland, a holiday-themed window decorating contest open to all Englewood businesses.
Launched on November 1, 2024, this event is part of Englewood Reimagined, a series spotlighting the revitalization and future vision of the neighborhood, with local businesses playing a pivotal role in fostering community vibrancy and resilience.
This contest invites businesses to create unique, holiday-themed window displays that symbolize a "reimagined" Englewood, celebrating its transformation while bringing festive cheer. Through creative displays, businesses can showcase their dedication to Englewood's cultural pride, resilience, and growth.
The GECC will spotlight these displays on social media, highlighting each business's innovation and commitment to the Englewood Reimagined theme.
Grand Prize
The contest winner, chosen by community votes, will receive a $1,500 grand prize at the Business & Brunch Event following Teamwork Englewood's Pitch Contest on December 14, 2024. The winning business will also be featured in a post-event showcase as part of the Englewood Reimagined series, celebrating its creativity and community impact.

Community Voting and Involvement
Starting on Small Business Saturday, November 30, community members can vote online for their favorite display, with voting open through December 12.
