GUN TOTE'N MAMAS Returns to SHOT Show 2023 with New Products and Training Options

NORTHBROOK, Ill. - illiNews -- GTM Original (GTM), aka Gun Tote'n Mamas, will return this month to the SHOT Show after a two-year absence.

Claudia Chisholm, president of GTM, said, "Ecstatic to be back! Not only are we bringing new colors and new products to the booth, but also, we are blasting training opportunities onsite with two of the nation's best firearms instructors. Recent surveys from A Girl and A Gun, as well as Shoot Like A Girl, show off-body carry is now the favored carry method amongst women. Retailers offering this training will feel the impact on sales and repeat business."

Indeed, GTM will host Vicki Farnam, nationally acclaimed master instructor from Defense Training International, on Tuesday, Jan. 17, from 1 to 3 p.m. Farnam not only created a groundbreaking course, but also has been instrumental to ensure the "game changing" learning experience of off-body carry education will be the benchmark course for instructors and concealed-carry holders. She will be discussing the "Immersive Instructor Level Course." If you are serious about teaching women the proper method of drawing from off-body carry, you will not want to miss this limited appearance.

On Wednesday, Jan. 18, the highly awarded and well-known ( USCCA, NRA, SWAT) instructor, Donna Anthony (first certified graduate of Farnam's course), and owner of Point Blank Firearms & Self Defense Training, takes front and center in the booth from 1 to 3 p.m. Anthony launched her online course last year, solely addressing how to off-body carry – available to those people who wish to gain off-body carry confidence from the convenience of their homes. This course also is especially useful to retailers and dealers wanting to offer a class that brings more women to the store/range. Titled "Purse/Bag Off-Body Carry Course," is the first of its kind in an online format, using the Farnam method.

GTM will be located in booth #43005, in the lower level of the Sands Expo Convention Center, Las Vegas, from Jan. 17 to 20.
