The Naperville Police Department and Naperville Park District have been made aware of a local scam involving an online ad soliciting registration fees for a fictitious holiday craft fair at Naperville's Knoch Park.
The ad, which has been shared via social media, calls for vendors to fill out an application and pay a $40 daily registration fee to rent space at a craft fair and vendor show scheduled to be held Nov. 27-28 and Dec. 4-5 at Knoch Park.
