NILES, Ill. - illiNews -- Jeron is proud to offer healthcare facilities a new touchscreen workflow station option to support the extensive workflow functionality available on the Provider 790 Nurse Call System. This new 24 touchpoints Workflow Station can be readily configured to meet the unique needs of different types of nursing units and facilities. Each of the events across three selectable screens can be configured for call placement, patient rounding, count-down timer, staff presence, inter-and intradepartmental workflows, patient status, patient rooming, or clinical sequencing.
The flexibility of this touchscreen station, as part of the Provider 790 Nurse Call System, can meet the needs of many types of healthcare facilities including acute care, outpatient, clinic, and ambulatory surgery centers.
The new 24 touchpoint station complements a full continuum of workflow options to meet the exact needs of each patient area and type of facility. Along with this new station, Provider 790 workflow station options include a 4-button station, an 8-button station, and a 150 touchpoint terminal.

Myles Cochran, Director of Jeron Marketing, states that "we believe in giving our healthcare customers the most scalable solution that meets their needs without having to compromise between too much or too little functionality. The new 24 touchpoint station does just that for areas where an 8-button station wasn't enough and 150 touchpoints are too much. The station's touchscreen design is highly flexible and is easily reconfigured should a customer's needs or workflows change."
