The Concierge Program is a one-stop, comprehensive service designed to assist homeowners in the greater Nashville area with planning, updating, and staging their properties to sell. Created with financially restricted homeowners in mind, The Anderson Group Concierge Program also provides approved participants with the up-front financial resources to complete all agreed-upon renovations or staging, deferring 100% of payment for services rendered through the program until the close of escrow.

Once a client has been approved to participate in the Concierge Program, The Anderson Group's team of professionals will develop a customized plan to prepare the home for sale and will also coordinate and facilitate all agreed-upon renovations and staging from beginning to completion. Services covered under the plan may include professional staging, kitchen or bathroom remodeling, painting, deep cleaning, landscaping, decluttering, cosmetic renovations, new flooring, trash removal, power washing or moving services.
