Mary Kane, MS, RN-BC, is a leader in healthcare with over 20 years of progressive operational and leadership experience in the industry. Kane most recently served as System Vice President and Chief Clinical Informatics Officer at Advocate Aurora Health, one of the largest integrated delivery systems in the U.S., with a network of 27 hospitals and over 500 sites of care. Prior to that she was Vice President and Regional Chief Nursing Informatics Officer at Catholic Health Initiatives, now Common Spirit Health, the largest non-profit healthcare system in the country. In each of these roles, Kane led the development, deployment and integration of new technology, using data to support clinicians and patients, improving quality of care, clinical and operational efficiencies, and the patient and clinician experience. She also transformed nursing practices by embracing digital technologies to improve engagement, governance and accountability. As the Executive Practice Lead of Healthcare at Northridge, Kane will expand the firm's presence in the evolving healthcare market, applying her extensive clinical informatics experience to engage with clients and deliver solutions that meet the challenging operational, clinical and technology demands of both healthcare insurers and healthcare providers.
