Director Jeremy Pinckert brought his signature cinematic shot blocking, combined with his unique dialogue approach with actors, freeing up the talent to explore the full comedic range of each scene. Cinematographer Bjorn Amundsen and his lighting department ignited the drama, contrasting the comedic, yet everyday household scenes. Writer Larry Liss and Pinckert crafted the concepts and characters while developing the script. Editor Jill Dugan worked with Pinckert to bring the raw footage to life on screen. Finishing was run through Explore, with expert colorist Ron Sudul of Third Bay and audio mix / sound design by Joe Flood of Floodgates Audio. The commercial campaign was shot on location in Indiana, with post & finish completed in Chicago and New York.
Jeremy Pinckert, director of "We Can Help" and Explore founder, shared, "We appreciate the collaborative relationship we share with 1st Source. Every time we're able to work together, their team clearly states their vision and goals, making conception and storytelling much more efficient. We always enjoy partnering with brands that are open to comedic spots and we are thankful for the trust 1st Source has in us to share their message while having fun with it."
