The changes come as the firm's Chief Operating Officer, Kathy Hancock, retires from the firm after 18 years of stellar service.

As part of a new "C-suite" structure, the firm announced the following promotions:

Cheryl Cecil: Chief People Officer. Lindsay Moellenberndt: Chief Business Development Director. Moellenberndt's new title reflects the firm's commitment to building relationships with the business community, strengthening the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation, and securing value for clients from these relationships.

The above team members will work closely with firm's other C-suite members, Chief Financial Officer, Dave Bassuk, and its Chief Talent Officer, Bob Kramer.
