ROSELLE, Ill. - illiNews -- Roselle, IL – Electri-Flex Company has released a new video showcasing how its Liquatite® Shield-Flex EMI/RFI shielding conduits help protect sensitive electrical and electronic systems from electromagnetic and radio frequency interference. As automation, advanced manufacturing, data communications, and electronic equipment continue to evolve, safeguarding signal integrity and system performance has become increasingly important. Shield-Flex® provides reliable performance in demanding industrial and commercial environments by shielding sensitive equipment and circuits from EMI/RFI emissions.
Shield-Flex conduits combine a flexible steel or bronze core, tinned copper shielding braid, and added durability from the flexible PVC jacketing to provide superior protection against EMI/RFI noise. Available in configurations including Types SLA, EMS, and EMCS, these solutions provide various levels of shielding protection to reduce unwanted interference that can impact control systems, instrumentation, communications, and other sensitive equipment. Types HFSLA, HFEMS, and HFEMCS are part of the Shield-Flex halogen-free series, providing solutions for low-smoke, low-flame spread, zero-halogen application requirements.
