WOODRIDGE, Ill., Jan. 25, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- V3 Companies, Ltd. announces Louis Gallucci, P.E., as its second-ever President/CEO in the company's 38-year history. Like V3, Lou has 38 years of experience in the AEC industry. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University, Lou spent the first 20 years of his professional career at Alfred Benesch & Co. Joining V3 in 2003, Lou led the growth in public sector-generated business from just 20% of the firm's total revenue to more than half of its business.
Having helped make V3 a recognized leader in the transportation sector and executing major infrastructure projects for the State of Illinois, City of Chicago, Illinois Tollway and numerous counties, municipalities and private railroads, Lou was promoted to Executive Vice President. In this role, he served as Business Development Director and led teams serving the Transportation and Power & Energy markets. Lou also championed V3's Social Responsibility initiative, which provides employees with a company-sponsored means of engaging in philanthropic opportunities. He serves on V3's Board of Directors and as a member of its Executive Committee.

Lou's passion for the business extends to his involvement in numerous professional organizations. He is a board member of American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Illinois, Engineers Without Borders-Illinois and Illinois Road Builder Charities. Nationally, he is active in American Road and Transportation Builders Association, ACEC-National and Design-Build Institute of America.
