CHICAGO, Sept. 17, 2024 ~ Kristen Campbell, Vice President of Account Services at Montway Auto Transport, has been recognized as one of the winners of this year's Women in Supply Chain Award. This prestigious award, presented by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive, honors female leaders and executives in the supply chain industry who have made significant contributions to their organizations and serve as role models for women at all levels of the supply chain network.
The Women in Supply Chain Award was established to celebrate the achievements of women in the supply chain industry and to inspire future generations of female leaders. This year's award was divided into four categories: Rising Stars, Trailblazers, DEI Pioneer, and Workforce Innovator. From these categories, an overall winner was selected along with four honorable mentions per category.
Marina Mayer, Editor-in-Chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Co-Founder of the Women in Supply Chain Forum, expressed her admiration for this year's winners. "Every year, this award continues to amaze me," she said. "But this year especially, it's all about the quality of the submissions. These women are doing remarkable things for their communities, organizations and teams and are paving the way for future young female leaders to be a part of an industry that's making a difference."
