CHICAGO - illiNews -- Peoplevine, the software platform powering operations across more than 250 private social clubs globally, today announced the formal launch of Peoplevine Private X (PPX), a dedicated brand activation division built to connect premium brands with private member club communities through experiences that feel native to each club's culture.
PPX operates as an embedded program within the Peoplevine network, designing and managing curated brand activations, member experiences, and talent-driven programming across its global club portfolio. The division launches with active partnerships in development across health and wellness, hospitality, and luxury consumer sectors.
Private member clubs represent one of the most underserved activation opportunities in brand marketing. Members have already self-selected for discernment and intentionality - they are not a mass audience. PPX gives premium brands a direct, credible path into those rooms, with the infrastructure and relationships to execute at scale.

PPX is led by Kathryn Ficarra, a brand strategist and communications executive with more than 20 years of experience across advertising, PR, and experiential marketing. Ficarra architected the PPX model from within Peoplevine, designing its commercial infrastructure, partner agreements, and go-to-market strategy.
The division's inaugural programming includes a partnership with a preventive health and diagnostics clinic and The Maze NYC, the alcohol-free private members' club founded by Justin Gurland in the Flatiron District. PPX will manage brand activation programming, member experience design, and partner integration across the collaboration.
