CHICAGO - illiNews -- Meet Spoolhouse Rock™ Online. This virtual program, for kids ages 8-12 anywhere and for whom 12pm-1pm CST is a comfortable time to make and do, is all new but with deep roots in the work of growing confident artists, curious thinkers and kind citizens Wishcraft Workshop® has been doing since 2008. If families are looking for a textile-arts experience with a focus on skill-building, social-emotional development and learning to be a change-maker, this is it. Beginning June 15, 2020, each week introduces a new skill including hand-sewing, crochet, embroidery, weaving, knitting, macrame, embroidery and more. Cost is $150/week per household and includes one hour of online, interactive class time, digital reference materials and a box of premium supplies shipped to their address of choice. Additional boxes of materials are available for $35 each.
