The meeting, which will be facilitated by ULI Chicago, is scheduled to take place from 7 to 8:15 p.m. at the Naperville Municipal Center's Council Chambers located at 400 S. Eagle St.
Interested individuals are encouraged to attend and can RSVP by emailing chicago@uli.org. For those unable to attend in person, the meeting will also be broadcast on WCNC (Ch. 6 - Astound, Ch. 10 - Comcast, Ch. 99 - AT&T U-verse) and streamed online at https://naperville.legistar.com.
The initiative was led by ULI Chicago with support from the City of Naperville and brought together a diverse group of real estate and development professionals from the region on June 10 and 11. Their goal was to identify potential redevelopment opportunities for City-owned properties near the Naperville Metra Station along 5th Avenue.
