Chef Sotgiu's seasonal items are not only packed with nutrients and protein but are also light and fresh, perfect for fueling marathoners while maintaining balance. The menu includes a variety of dishes such as the Fettuccini, a classic Italian dish served with roasted octopus and chickpeas, tossed in a spicy 'nduja tomato sauce. A Risotto served with acquerello rice, creamy Gorgonzola, prime filet mignon, and crispy garlic chips. The menu also features a mouth-watering Red Snapper All'acqua Pazza con Farotto, a pan-seared red snapper filet marinated in a lightly herbed tomato broth and served with a bed of spinach pesto farro.
