New Investigation campaigns record TikTok Live streams, gift ledgers, and chat, preserving evidence that disappears when a broadcast ends.
DALLAS - illiNews -- Socialhose today announced the TikTok Investigator, a new capability that lets investigators capture and document activity on TikTok Live. It is built for AML analysts, OSINT investigators, trust and safety teams, and journalists who need a reliable record of what happens during live streams.
TikTok Live has become a channel for gifting-based money movement, coordinated fraud, and platform abuse. Once a broadcast ends, the recording, the chat, and the gift activity are gone. The official TikTok Research API is closed to commercial users, so investigators have had no practical way to document any of it.
With the TikTok Investigator, an Investigation campaign points Socialhose's live capture engine at TikTok Live and produces stream recordings, transcription and translation, gift ledgers, risk-scored network graphs, trigger-term alerts, and organized case files. The evidence stays available long after the stream is over.
"When the stream ends, your evidence doesn't," said Mo Elzubeir, Founder of Socialhose. "Investigators told us they needed to watch the money and the chat in real time, then keep a record they could stand behind later. We built this for them."
