CHICAGO ~ Chicago Mourns the Loss of Heroic Police Officer
Last night, the city of Chicago was struck with tragedy as a young police officer lost their life in the line of duty. Mayor Brandon Johnson, along with Chicago Police Department Superintendent Larry Snelling, Deputy Mayor of Community Safety Garien Gatewood, and other city leaders gathered to pay their respects and mourn the loss of this brave officer.
In a statement released this morning, Mayor Johnson expressed his deep sorrow over the loss of a member of the Chicago Police Department.
