Industry veteran to strengthen strategic partnerships across the global cyber insurance and incident response ecosystem.

CHICAGO - illiNews -- Digital Asset Redemption (DAR), a leading provider of secure ransomware payment facilitation and cyber incident response services, announced the appointment of Peter Hawley as Head of Strategic Partnerships, marking an important milestone as the company's first international team member.

Based in London, Hawley will lead and strengthen DAR's relationships across the cyber insurance and incident response ecosystem, working closely with insurers, brokers, breach counsel, digital forensics and incident response (DFIR) firms, and professional services organizations throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Hawley joins DAR with more than 20 years of experience spanning cyber insurance, risk management, and emerging technology. He is the founder of Reliable Risk, a consultancy focused on cyber and AI risk, and has held senior leadership positions including International Head of Cyber and Deputy Head of Financial Lines at Everest Insurance, Head of Insurance at Axio, Director of International Insurance Solutions at SecurityScorecard, and Underwriting Manager at EmergIn Risk (Ryan Specialty Group).

Throughout his career, Hawley has been recognized as a thought leader in cyber insurance, AI liability, and emerging risk. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, a published author, and co-author of the Cyber Insurance Research Findings textbook with the Insurance Institute of London.
